You first posted about this switch problem in October of 17.  Now in July of 20 you are still asking about the same problem.  Have you actually rode the bike this long without getting this fixed ??

Let me try to help you here.  You say you had the switch replaced at a shop but you hit a bump and it quit working again.  Shade tree shop or Indian shop?   The switches on the handlebars are in an extremely cramped cluster.  The wires are tiny and just long enough to fit.  There's little if any room for error.  If not replaced correctly they will break or get squashed against the metal very easily.  An amateur can easily screw it up.  More than likely there is a loose connection or a broke or shorted wire in there.  It would have been wise to take it back to the shop as soon as it happened.  Waiting this long, you probably won't get much consideration from them. But unless you are handy with delicate wiring that is what you will have to do.

I had a new on-off,  high-low switch and it worked about 2 weeks. I can't turn off stereo and no up or down auto.I need to find out what colors are the wires, and were do they hook up to?2014 chieftian..       IM STILL with out on and off high and low volume. I just need to know where the wires go to .from switch to where it connects?? I looked everywhere to fine a picture no luck..I dont have the finance to get it taken care of so I'm stuck with it.
