    That is just about in Utah (good call), it is on CO 141 in Slick Rock, CO. I was on my way to Utah from Boulder on US 70, but saw this CO 141 on the map and decided that was the better path to Monticello. I could not have made a better choice for a detour in that area. From Grand Junction to Dove Creek was pretty amazing on that road. I found similar outstanding riding on UT 191 from Vernal to Rock Springs WY only a few days before this picture was taken.

    Thanks for this post.  I will be out west next month and am always looking for nice routes to ride.  I will surely check your suggestions out!
