New Painting Method For "Popping Your Script"
« on: May 26, 2016, 01:30:08 pm »
I came up with a method to easily paint the Indian Scripts on the chrome pieces with excellent results.

Check out the video.

I would think it would work. I'd use extra caution so as not to scratch the clear coat, however. You might  try placing a rag soaked with water right over the script and let it sit for 1/2 hour or so to really loosen up the glue.

I bought a small bottle of Springfield blue about a month ago to paint some of the script on my Chieftain but, have put it off because I'm not very steady of hand and didn't feel like starting a new messy project just yet. This new tip may have broken the ice for me to get it done. Thanks Dave. You always come up with some really neat ideas.
