Mid-Rise Bars - Input Wanted

Those of you who have the mid-rise bars, would like your input.  I'm looking at a couple of '17 Chieftains, and both have these bars.  Recently, I demo-rode a Chieftain with the mid-rise bars, installed in what I guessed is the "standard" position.  They did not work very well for me there; I'm 5'10" and wear 32-33 sleeve length.

My question........how much can these bars be rotated back/down?  I've found a couple posts mentioning some adjustment can be made, but am wondering how much.
